Welcome to svhubsmarttvservice. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before availing of any services from our company.

1. Service Agreement

  • By booking a service with svhubsmarttvservice, you agree to the terms laid out in this document.
  • Our services include repair, replacement, and installation of various TV types, including but not limited to LED, LCD, Plasma, OLED, and Smart TVs.
  • Services are provided at your location within the Hyderabad and Secunderabad areas, unless otherwise specified.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • Service requests can be made via phone, email, or through our website.
  • Appointment timings are subject to technician availability, but we strive to accommodate your preferred time slot as much as possible.
  • In case of a delay, we will notify the customer in advance to reschedule or inform of the expected arrival time.

3. Diagnostics and Repair

  • Upon arrival, our technicians will inspect and diagnose the issue with your TV.
  • Based on the diagnosis, we will provide you with a repair estimate before proceeding with any work.
  • If additional parts or services are required beyond the initial estimate, the customer will be informed, and approval will be sought before continuing the service.

4. Warranty

  • We provide a 3-month service warranty on all repair jobs. This warranty covers the specific issue that was repaired.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, electrical surges, accidental drops, or any other external factors not related to the repair.
  • Any parts replaced during the repair will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

5. Replacement of Parts

  • In cases where replacement parts are required, we only use high-quality, genuine parts sourced from reliable suppliers.
  • We will provide details about the replaced parts and ensure they meet the necessary standards for your TV model.

6. Payments

  • Payment for services is required upon completion of the repair or replacement.
  • We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and online transfers.
  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes as per local regulations.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time without any charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the TV model and the issue encountered.
  • It is the customer’s duty to ensure safe and clear access to the TV for the technician to perform repairs.
  • We are not liable for any loss of data, settings, or configurations in your TV. We recommend customers back up any important data prior to repairs.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • svhubsmarttvservice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the TV or surrounding property unless caused by our technician during the repair process.

10. Third-Party Services

  • We do not guarantee the performance of any third-party services, products, or components used in connection with our repair services.

11. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All customer data is kept confidential and is only used for service-related purposes.
  • We do not share customer information with any third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

12. Termination of Services

  • svhubsmarttvservice reserves the right to terminate or refuse services to customers who violate the terms of this agreement or engage in abusive behavior towards our staff.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

  • Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in Hyderabad, India.
  • In case of any disputes, we encourage customers to reach out to us to resolve issues amicably. Failing that, disputes may be settled in the appropriate local court.
